Senior Project Manager, Curio Science What You’ll Do As our Senior Project Manager, Curio Science, you will support our Curio Science and other medical communications projects through utilization of project management fundamentals. You will ensure client goals are achieved, and projects are executed on time and within budget. Your primary responsibilities will include the application of project management knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control, and close client projects specifically within the Curio Science space. A Day in the Life Deliverables Develop SOWs and change orders including creating draft timelines and assumptions and internal routing/approvals Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines, task completion, and budgets via Workfront project management softwareMonitor project issues and propose solutions to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget, project objectives are met, and the customer is satisfiedMonitor and maintain project budget reportsRegular reviews of project deliverables to ensure project is within scopeSupport project financial reconciliation by ensuring all staff hours, project expenses, and vendor invoices are submitted in a timely fashionFrequent follow-up with internal team concerning upcoming due datesCreate weekly status reports for projects/portfoliosCreate and distribute daily or weekly hot sheets to internal team membersCreate and distribute meeting minutes for internal status callsEscalate issues/concerns to Client Services as appropriate Client ResponsibilityFacilitate internal and vendor communication by setting up project calls and connecting appropriate team members to ensure transparency and collaboration Internal ResponsibilityCollaborate with department managers and resource managers to ensure projects are staffed appropriately Business Development Partner with account managers and cross-functional teams to support Vaniam Group business development initiatives Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role. What You Have Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree 4+ years of experience in project management3+ years of experience working in a medical communications or advertising agency Skills and Competencies Experience managing digital projects (website development, interactive modules, e-learning) a plus Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a dynamic, virtual environmentExcellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives, and organize other people and tasks Ability to multitask and work within high-pressure situations Ability to meet tight deadlines Travel RequirementsAbility to travel within the US and internationally as necessary, based on project, client, and organizational needs (5% travel expected) The Team You’ll Work Closest WithYou will work closely with several departments within Vaniam Group that are tied to Curio Science accounts including Program Services and Client Solutions to assist in building project plans for client deliverables.
