Summary: As an Agile Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the complete project delivery lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to plan, execute, and deliver projects punctually and efficiently Responsibilities & Priorities: Project Scoping: Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Mapping: Architectural asks into Jira tasks and help with time estimation from development Quality Assurance: Ensure user test cases are fully documented and tracked as well to provide reporting on bug and development efficiency Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Executive Reporting: Produce regular project status updates and executive reports for stakeholders. Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation. Agile Ceremonies Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices. Team Coaching: Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve Agile processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Technical Translation: Translate business requirements into technical language for developers to ensure clarity in execution. Requirements Working Hours: 09 hours shift with 01 hour of break as per following schedule: 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM & 11:30 PM to 04:30 AM Eastern Time Zone Bring Your Own Device: Use your own computer, internet and headphone for daily operations Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Jira boards and Confluence; knowledge of AI tools, workflows, and APIs is a plus. Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to engage multicultural teams effectively. Multi-Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
