Senior Project Management Analyst
Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Management Analyst looking to take on a challenging role at a dynamic, global organization? The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field and at least five years of project management experience. Responsibilities:
Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and within scope.
Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and estimated completion dates.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues, and quickly adjust plans as needed.
Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and other team members.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and communication to ensure success.
Manage project risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Utilize project management software to track project progress and document changes.
Prepare project performance reports and other necessary documentation.
Proactively monitor and identify potential issues and risks.
Facilitate meetings to review progress and discuss strategies.
