The opportunity: Program Manager – Expanded Access ProgramsAs a Program Manager of EAP, you will ensure that people have access to our clients' products within (global) expanded access programs. You act as the first point of contact for drug developers and are responsible for managing all aspects of the expanded access program, from set-up to execution and delivery of services, at the highest patient, healthcare provider, and client satisfaction. This, with full operational support from cross-functional departments consisting of Medical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply chain teams. What you'll be doing:Be the primary contact for our Biopharma clients and myTomorrows internal stakeholders for the Expanded Access Programs under your responsibilityEnsure a smooth-running program and correct documentation and reportingManage both planned and unforeseen additions to the program to ensure that people have access to the treatments they needKeep oversight of the program at all times and manage all the ongoing activities and communicationCreate detailed timelines including deliverables, milestones and objectives and ensure that deadlines are being metDevelop strong relations and trust with all stakeholders, and keep them up to date on the progress of your programAchieve and maintain high customer satisfactionDevelop solutions to tackle any operational issues along with relevant subject-matter expertsContribute to continuously improving our Expanded Access Program processes and strategiesThis is the right opportunity for you if:Client-oriented, you thrive on customer successPatient-centric, you are driven and motivated by making a difference in patient's lives Results-driven, you have endless ambition to succeed in your roleSelf-motivated, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and behavior and are not afraid to take ownership Able to prioritize, you love to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentAble to identify and analyze issues, optimize processes and recommend and find solutionsData-driven, you like to take a deeper look at the numbers, draw analyzes, and make recommendations for improvementA high performer who sets a high bar on yourself and the people you work with, and enjoys to always keep on learning and making an impactA true team player with the will to win.You have:University degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare (preferred)5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry / CROsKnowledge regarding Expanded Access is a plusExperience with fostering positive sustainable business relationships and promoting value through excellent customer experience, networkingA good eye for detail; thinking in processes/operations comes naturally to youExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishWhat We Offer Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.
