As a Senior Program Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives to reduce defects, drive positive change, and improve the overall customer experience. About the Role We're seeking a customer-obsessed and data-driven Senior Program Manager to join our Heavy Bulky & Services team at blithequark. As a seasoned professional with a passion for improving customer experience, you'll lead large-scale programs that have a direct impact on our customers. You'll work closely with multiple partners across our operational, product, and technology teams to drive meaningful changes and improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead program initiatives to drive positive change for customers, focusing on defect reduction and process improvements. Balance priorities to ensure success in organizational goals, aligning with blithequark's overall objectives. Organize inputs into roadmaps for internal and external partner teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution. Teach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of growth and development. Drive accountability to partner team goals through mechanism creation, ensuring that teams are working together towards common objectives. Create mechanisms for surfacing and eliminating defects at scale, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making. Identify ways to improve the customer experience while balancing operational constraints, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. A Day in the Life As a Senior Program Manager at blithequark, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment that's driven by innovation and customer obsession. A typical day might involve: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive program initiatives and resolve complex issues. Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive defect reduction. Developing and maintaining roadmaps for internal and external partner teams, ensuring alignment and progress towards common goals. Mentoring and coaching team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive large-scale changes and improvements. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in a relevant field. Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition, with a proven track record of delivering results. Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery and tradeoffs. Experience as a product manager or owner, with a deep understanding of product development and delivery. Experience owning technology products, with a strong technical acumen. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will help you stand out as a candidate: Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights, demonstrating a strong ability to communicate complex ideas and drive change. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving collaboration. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Additionally, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
