About the Role We're seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to join our Creative Production (CP) organization, specifically within the CP Innovation Management (CPIM) team. As a key member of the CP EMEA leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our regional business strategy to global product innovation initiatives and CP-driven business initiatives. This individual contributor role requires a highly motivated and experienced program leader with a unique blend of portfolio and program management expertise, business acumen, and executive presence. Key Responsibilities Drive high-priority and complex global cross-CP programs from ideation/strategy through delivery, ensuring both regional and global business contexts are considered to maximize outcomes for our members and the business. Build and maintain the overall regional program/project portfolio and roadmap, accelerating the CP Regional vision & business strategy by translating it into tangible execution plans. Connect the CP Regional business strategy to global CP initiatives and global & regional product innovation initiatives, finding optimal paths to advance regional ambitions. Drive effective collaboration between global initiatives and the CP Region, advocating for regional requirements and perspectives. Participate in planning and prioritizing CP regional strategy bets, tracking progress, identifying & mitigating risks and issues, and resolving conflicts and dependencies across key initiatives. Drive high-priority, complex region-specific cross-CP initiatives tied to specific regional strategic bets. Share project management frameworks and best practices with CP regional team members to drive work streams within specific CP initiatives effectively. Work closely with other CPIM program managers and cross-functional partners to identify common themes/trends on challenges and opportunities across regions, proposing ways to capitalize on commonalities to create bigger opportunities across CP overall. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10+ years of practical experience in managing complex global portfolios, programs, and projects at scale, preferably in the entertainment and/or creative industries or where technology intersects with creativity. Deep domain expertise and working knowledge in establishing and implementing portfolio and program management frameworks and best practices. A proven track record of influencing a broad spectrum of creative and technical cross-functional teams across countries, regions, and functions, activating them towards a common goal. Excellent ability to navigate through ambiguity and chart new paths, with a high level of intellectual curiosity and strong judgment. Strategic thinking with the ability to proactively identify areas of opportunities within the team and across the organization based on data and observations. Effective and inclusive communication skills across cultures, creative, and technical teams. Experience in managing resources (personnel and financial) to optimize program and project outcomes. A strong understanding of and ability to embody Netflix's values and team goals. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will make you an even more competitive candidate: Familiarity with Product management via data insights, A/B testing, and user experience POV. Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a high level of intellectual curiosity. A background in the entertainment or creative industries, or experience working at the intersection of technology and creativity.
