Key Responsibilities As a Senior Program Manager in our C2S2 Program Delivery team, you will be responsible for: Defining Program Strategy : Develop and drive the program's vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various teams, including Customer Service Operations, Quality, Customer Experience, Capacity Planning, and technical teams to design and implement program requirements. Project Planning and Execution : Prioritize and plan projects, secure resources, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects to a high level of quality. Risk Management and Issue Resolution : Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions to ensure program integrity. Stakeholder Management : Provide regular project progress reporting and negotiate with key stakeholders to gain alignment on program vision and project prioritization. Third-Party Management : Oversee third-party contributions to the project, ensuring they meet the required standards. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
