Key Responsibilities
Own the vision and definition of the product, serving as the voice of the customer
Define and convey the product vision to the team, ensuring alignment with business value and customer requirements
Drive the creation and integrity of the product backlog, leading grooming and prioritization efforts
Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure focus on the right priorities and deliver business value
Accept delivery of working products from Scrum Teams and socialize business value and outcomes to stakeholders and clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong combination of skills, competencies, and experience, including:
8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a university/college degree or higher
Preferred skills: accountability, customer solutions, data visualization, prioritization, Scrum software development, and user experience (UX) design
Competencies: agile development, business acumen, design thinking, effective communications, innovation, interpersonal relationships, IT standards, procedures, and policies, managing multiple priorities, organizational leadership, planning, and organizing, solutions development
