About the Opportunity What You’ll Be Doing Platform Planning & System Design: Lead end-to-end design and iteration of a company-wide data governance platform, driving cross-team collaboration standards to resolve data consistency and workflow efficiency challenges. Build a high-reliability data labeling system to enable rapid business response and dynamic risk management across scenarios. Develop a unified feature platform that consolidates multi-department requirements (e.g., risk control, compliance, growth) into standardized yet adaptable feature repositories. Advanced Risk Control Capability Development: Design scalable data correlation rules and automated analysis mechanisms to address business needs (e.g., compliance review, anomalous behavior detection). Spearhead cross-dimensional data analysis (on-chain/off-chain) to enhance risk identification coverage and precision. Algorithm Model & Strategy Collaboration: Partner with algorithm teams to develop high-accuracy risk detection models (e.g., anomaly pattern recognition, dynamic confidence scoring) and drive their business integration. Establish real-time data updates and feedback loops to optimize risk alert timeliness. Industry-Level Solution Exploration: Research cutting-edge technologies (e.g., decentralized data governance, privacy-preserving computation) to pioneer innovative compliance and risk control applications. What We Look For In You 5+ years of experience at large-scale internet/fintech companies, with 5+ years focused on risk control systems, data labeling, or ML platform product management, including end-to-end ownership of complex system builds. Proven ability to formulate product strategies, deliver solutions, and resolve cross-functional challenges. Deep expertise in risk modeling methodologies and practical experience deploying ML algorithms (classification/clustering/graph neural networks) with algorithm teams. Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., AML), coupled with exceptional data sensitivity and logical abstraction skills. Outstanding cross-department leadership to standardize processes and align stakeholders. Nice to Haves Fluent in English with experience in multinational collaboration or technical documentation writing. Background in top-tier exchanges, payment platforms, or compliance tech firms; familiarity with blockchain fundamentals. Hands-on experience with big data risk architectures (real-time computing, graph databases) and high-concurrency system design. Proficiency in Python/SQL for data-driven strategy validation. Expertise in real-time feature engineering frameworks (e.g., Flink), distributed storage (e.g., HBase), or feature service architectures with performance optimization experience. Knowledge of graph feature engineering (e.g., centrality metrics in address networks) or temporal pattern mining (e.g., transaction frequency analysis).
