Attendance is expected and fully supported.Our Stablecoins & Payments team is seeking an experienced product manager to join our mission to enable companies across the world to scale financial applications on our stablecoin stack. Our team empowers any business to innovate with stablecoins with a powerful suite of APIs that unlocks stablecoin use cases. In this role, you will work towards enabling faster money movement, more efficient cross-border payments, and global payment acceptance.What you’ll be doing:Own multiple areas and/or one large complex area that impacts multiple teams and metrics Develop solutions to problems by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions as neededDrive the entire product lifecycle (launches, maintenance, and retirement) in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholdersRuthlessly balance and prioritize across all stakeholder objectivesIdentify and validate new opportunities (user-based, strategic, business, etc).Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps around with high business impact and acumenWhat we look for in you:6+ years of product management experience, including B2B experienceExperience building API products3 years of experience taking products from conception to launchExperience working with, balancing needs, and maintaining strong relationships across a wide variety of stakeholdersExperience navigating and influencing senior leadership across multiple functionsDemonstrated ability in working with a high degree of business and technical complexity across a broad product portfolioDemonstrated ability to ship a holistic product experience without “shipping the org chart”Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domainsDemonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase missionNice to haves:Experience in stablecoins and/or web3 crypto (custody, wallets, etc.)3 years of experience in software development or engineering1-2 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadershipJob# GCPM05US*Answers to crypto-related questions may be used to evaluate your onchain experiencePay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
