Your scope will include the Brigit home screen and global navigation, as well as subscription flows, account management, and billing features. Youâll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer support, owning a roadmap that grows, engages, and retains our subscribed user base.What you'll be doing:Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for membership and subscription experiences across iOS and Android platformsLead the end-to-end lifecycle of features related to onboarding, product adoption, billing, retention, cross-sell, and upsellCollaborate with UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, frictionless, and lovable experiences for subscribersPartner with marketing and analytics teams to A/B test engagement and retention tacticsUse data, research, and experimentation to identify key drivers of engagement and retention and develop solutions to optimize themMonitor and measure performance metrics, analyzing user behavior and feedback to continuously refine the productStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in subscription-based mobile appsWho you are:5+ years of product management experienceProven experience with B2C mobile products, preferably with a strong focus on customer journey optimizationStrong understanding of subscription, retention, and user engagement metricsExperience with experimentation (A/B testing), analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mode), and product KPIs (LTV, churn, retention, CAC)Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfort working in a fast-paced, data-informed, and customer-obsessed environmentBonus: Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare)CompensationThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $140,000-$195,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below).
