Develop and execute product strategy: The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy for the Outpatient HIM Coding team. This includes identifying market trends, understanding customer needs, and defining product roadmaps to drive business growth.

Drive innovation: The Senior Product Manager will need to constantly stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to drive innovation within the product. They will be responsible for identifying new and emerging technologies and incorporating them into the product to stay ahead of the competition.

Achieve business objectives: The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for setting and achieving business objectives for the Outpatient HIM Coding team. This includes revenue targets, market share, and customer satisfaction goals.

Utilize expertise in Outpatient HIM coding: The Senior Product Manager should have a strong understanding of Outpatient HIM coding and be able to use this expertise to guide product development and support the team. They should also stay updated on industry changes and regulations related to coding.

Provide strong leadership: As the leader of the Outpatient HIM Coding team, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for providing strong and effective leadership to their team. This includes setting clear goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Drive product success: The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the product, including meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a competitive advantage in the market.
