The Licensed Sports team is responsible for retail partnerships and selection expansion with professional leagues like the NFL, NBA, WNBA, and NHL, as well as collegiate properties. It is a fast-growing and strategically important business within Amazon Stores. We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our team.Key job responsibilities

Continually improving the customer journey from discover to purchase for customer interested in licensed sports products or on a licensed sporting shopping mission;
Collecting insights on customers, sports teams, and industry trends to support data-based decision-making;
Working cooperative within the team and across stakeholder to define and implement an evolving product roadmap;
Collaborating with category teams and other internal and external partners to define and deliver the product vision; and
Authoring complete and detailed product requirements, ensuring the clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, and development teams.
This person will provide thought leadership in building a successful licensed sports business that meets fans where they are and redefines the customer experience in the industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, an understanding of and passion for the sports landscape, product development experience, strong communication skills, an ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
