Join us and help develop new capabilities that address the needs of our customers, empowering them to drive meaningful change in their organizations.You will report to our Director, Product Management located in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer.You Will:Define a vision and strategy informed by company objectives, a deep understanding of customer needs, and industry best practicesPartner with and influence technical and product leaders across Smartsheet to align strategy and platform investmentsLead pricing and packaging decisions and associated product/CX roadmapsRegularly present strategy, product concepts and roadmap to educate, influence and align with senior leadershipPartner closely with research, design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiencesUse internal and external data to guide experimentation, decisions, opportunities and evaluation of successPartner with research, product design, data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities that our customers loveCommunicate strategy, product health, capabilities, experimentation status, and insights to a wide audienceWrite succinct and compelling product strategy, execution and requirements documentsSuccessful candidates will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels and form strong cross-team partnerships that ensure combined success for the product areaSupport other duties as neededYou Have:7+ years of product management experienceExperience partnering closely with engineering, design, user research and marketing teams.
