As a Senior Product Manager II, you are responsible for driving continued expansion, and implementing requirements to drive stratospheric growth of HCP Products. You work daily with our engineering and design teams, and other stakeholders to define the right backlog, structures, and frameworks to move us rapidly forward. Our agile product team is a tight-knit group of inspiring individuals that deliver excellently crafted software experiences and rapidly ship new products. You will help guide us along the right path, balancing business and customer toward world-class results.

In your day to day, you will:

Define product vision and strategy, identifying opportunities that align with company objectives and customer needs
Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product direction
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on impact and feasibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate impactful solutions
Guide and mentor Product Designers to ensure strong design execution and customer experience
Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product roadmap development
Define success metrics and ensure alignment with key stakeholders
Oversee execution of complex product initiatives, ensuring teams deliver high-quality features efficiently
Lead and oversee large-scale product launches, ensuring smooth execution and adoption
Mentor and support developing product team members as they grow in their roles


We think this role is for you if have...

6+ years of experience in product management
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch
Experience with ‘growth stack’ tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and UX best practices
Strong understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (i.e. payments, subscriptions, loyalty programs)
Demonstrated ability to align teams around a strategic vision and execute effectively
Experience working with Salesforce being a preferred
