Senior Product Manager II

Reporting to our Director of Product Management, this Senior Product Manager II will own major aspects of our product, roadmap, and strategy – driving business impact directly. About the role • Invest time with our users and learn deeply about their needs and jobs-to-be-done • Identify new technologies and industry trends, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy across multiple teams or product areas • Partner with engineering, design, and others to ship solutions that delight our users and make measurable impact on the business • Work with and influence company leadership • Understand and improve key product and business metrics • Take risks and make calculated tradeoffs • Own your product(s) end to end About you • 7+ years of product management experience building products in high-growth companies; versed in setting product strategy & vision • Deep empathy for users and a desire to solve meaningful problems • Comfortable navigating ambiguity; you’ve thrived on cross-functional teams and/or in startups • Data-driven approach to solving problems for customers and internal stakeholders • Excellent communicator across a broad range of audiences • Collaborative and outcome-oriented – you create momentum for your team • Collaboration and diverse perspectives are central to your approach to product development • Background in employee benefits or insurance is helpful, though not required Please note that immigration sponsorship (H-1B, TN, etc.) is not currently available for this position.
