Lead driver onboarding, application utilization, and reduce the burden of entry for drivers on the application
Increase load visibility and LOS tracking; partner with business stakeholders focused on external carrier procurement, carrier operations, and performance; drive carrier onboarding and utilization; and lead carrier application rollouts
Leverage AI to automate content management and provide personalized support to drivers
Utilize AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants to offer real-time assistance and training, analyze driver performance, provide tailored recommendations for improvement, and automate the onboarding process
What youâll bringâŚ
Product management experience, preferably in enterprise platforms, logistics, or workforce enablement
Experience with user onboarding, content management systems, or driver/carrier support tools.
Exposure to AI-driven support systems (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, performance analytics)
Proven ability to reduce friction in user onboarding and drive sustained engagement
Experience managing digital content libraries, training resources, and self-help tools
