Senior Product Manager, DEX

Responsibilities Design core DEX features (e.g., Swap & Bridge) and drive product iterationsWrite PRDs and coordinate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure efficient product deliveryOptimize trading routes, enhance user trading experience and success rates through data analysis, and improve user retentionStay updated on security and compliance, working closely with the technical team to mitigate security risks Requirements 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in Web3 / DeFi / DEXFamiliar with AMM, liquidity pools, cross-chain bridges, and blockchain fundamentalsCapable of independently writing PRDs, experienced in agile development and requirements managementStrong data analysis skills, understanding of blockchain infrastructure, and familiarity with Solidity / EVM ecosystem to communicate effectively with technical teamsFluency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with overseas clients/partners.
