Senior Product Manager, CLEAR1

Remote Full-time
CLEAR1 is building the future of trusted identity, powering seamless and secure experiences across healthcare, workforce, travel, and beyond. We’ve scaled to tens of millions of users while delivering high-utility, CLEAR-owned products that solve real business problems and create measurable value for our partners. CLEAR is seeking a product leader to own and grow our mobile app experience by turning ambitious ideas into secure, scalable, and engaging products that delight members and drive measurable business growth. This role is central to how members experience CLEAR, from frictionless travel to new digital identity solutions. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and business teams to define the roadmap, deliver impactful releases, and continuously improve based on data and customer feedback. As a Senior Product Manager at CLEAR1, you’ll take ownership of high-impact initiatives that sit at the intersection of identity, security, and enterprise workflows. You’ll shape strategy, set roadmaps, and drive execution across partner-facing APIs and integrations, internal tooling for our Partner Growth / Customer Success team, and partner-facing insights that help enterprises understand their performance — including details behind failed and passed verifications for their users while also ensuring the end user experience is seamless, trustworthy, and optimized to drive partner conversion. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and interact directly with enterprise partners to ensure our products deliver measurable value. What you'll do: Define and own product strategy and roadmap for your domain, with accountability for both enterprise partner outcomes and consumer experience. Lead the design and delivery of API and partner integrations, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and scalable. Build and enhance internal tools that make our Partner Growth / Customer Success team more efficient and effective in serving enterprise partners. Develop partner-facing dashboards and reporting that provide transparency into performance, adoption, and verification outcomes (pass/fail), helping partners optimize their own user flows. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM to deliver enterprise-ready solutions. Work directly with external partners to gather insights, validate solutions, and ensure successful deployments. Define metrics for success, analyze adoption and conversion, and use data to guide prioritization. Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure crisp execution against business goals. What you bring: 5-10 years of product management experience, with significant exposure to B2B or enterprise products. Proven success owning API/partner integrations and internal tooling. Experience working directly with external partners or enterprise customers in a product-facing capacity. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfort with technical concepts (identity, security, integrations, APIs) and detail-oriented execution. Experience defining and delivering reporting, analytics, or transparency tools that improve partner outcomes. Track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products in fast-paced environments. Passion for building trusted, enterprise-grade products that also delight end users. How You'll be Rewarded: At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. You’ll work with talented team members who are motivated by our mission of making experiences safer and easier. Our hybrid work environment provides flexibility. In our offices, you’ll enjoy benefits like meals and snacks. We invest in your well-being and learning & development with our stipend and reimbursement programs. We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, family building benefits (fertility and adoption/surrogacy support), flexible time off, free OneMedical memberships for you and your dependents, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
