Senior Product Manager, Amazon Business 3P Canada - Unlock Your Career Potential

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of Selection, Pricing, and other products for Amazon Business 3P Canada. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Sales, and Sellers, to define the right customer experience, solve complex problems, and drive new feature adoption.
In this highly cross-functional role, you will leverage your analytical and data-driven skills to align Amazon Business 3P Canada offerings with 3P Seller objectives, while staying ahead of industry trends and feedback from Sellers. Your objective will be to develop and execute Seller-facing Go-to-Market strategies, collaborate with partners to enable cross-border parity, design strategies for domestic Canada sellers, and build reporting to track progress towards Selection and Pricing adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Seller-facing Go-to-Market strategies to drive awareness and adoption of existing and new products/features
Collaborate with partner teams to enable cross-border parity between US and CA for Amazon Business (B2B) features
Design strategies for domestic Canada sellers to sell more on Amazon Business (B2B)
Build reporting to track progress towards Selection and Pricing adoption
Own metrics reported in QBRs presented to VPs
Engage with Sellers to drive new feature adoption through data-led insights and collect Voice of Seller feedback
Manage projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables on competing timelines


Requirements:

6+ years of experience in building and executing GTM strategies, program management, or product management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
