Senior Product Manager, AI Transformation

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. What You Will Own: β€’ Ship AI-powered features to production: conversational AI (chatbots, copilots), intelligent onboarding, smart trading assistants, automated compliance workflows β€’ Lead cross-functional squads of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend engineers to deliver AI products end-to-end β€’ Evaluate and integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities (GPT, Claude, open-source models) into product experiences β€” balancing innovation speed with safety and compliance β€’ Build the internal AI enablement playbook: drive adoption of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations teams β€’ Define success metrics for AI features (engagement lift, cost reduction, resolution rate, NPS) and run rigorous A/B tests β€’ Manage vendor relationships for AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model providers β€’ Report to senior leadership on AI transformation progress, ROI, and strategic direction What We Are Looking For: β€’ 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading AI/ML product initiatives in production β€’ Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale β€” chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, intelligent automation, or AI agents that served real users β€’ Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks β€” you can hold your own in technical discussions with ML engineers β€’ Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g. Dialogflow, Rasa, custom LLM-based agents) and measuring their effectiveness β€’ Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into concrete product specs, build-vs-buy decisions, and phased rollout plans β€’ Strong data intuition β€” comfortable with SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design β€’ Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-compliance environments is a strong plus β€’ Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders (C-suite, engineering leads, compliance) on AI adoption strategy β€’ Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus but not required β€” shipped products matter more than credentials Life @ Crypto.com Empowered to think big.
