You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to improve and scale the provider search and recommendation system. Your expertise in full-stack development will allow you to deliver high-quality solutions that will make a direct impact on the healthcare experience for users. This role requires both technical leadership and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.Accountabilities:
Lead the design and development of new features, focusing on improving the overall quality and functionality of the product
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to define and iterate on new product ideas
Ensure secure coding practices to protect user privacy and data security
Contribute to the maintenance and support of the application in production, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
Apply modern technologies and techniques to build scalable, efficient, and high-performing solutions
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering
Strong expertise in TypeScript (preferred) or modern JavaScript, with experience using React and Node.js
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and working with major cloud providers
Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
Experience working in agile teams and using agile methodologies
Knowledge of technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, NATS, AWS, and Terraform is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
