Senior Product Designer, Growth - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the onboarding and overall user experience of our platform for developers. You will focus on product-led growth initiatives that enhance activation, conversion, and retention rates. Accountabilities Design and ship product-led growth initiatives focused on activation, conversion, and retention. Own and evolve onboarding and early product experiences within the cloud dashboard and core product. Identify where developers stall or drop off and turn insighs into actionable improvements. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams to transition from insights to implemented changes. Design across various surfaces, including the cloud dashboard, in-product education, and developer onboarding content. Balance speed and quality to ensure usability without compromising craftsmanship. Contribute to and evolve the design system to support scalable growth initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of experience designing products for technical audiences. Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing polished, real-world work. Deep empathy for the learning and exploration processes of developers. Ability to move fast, iterate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Capable of understanding both systems and intricate interaction details. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
