Senior Product Data Analyst (6 months, Europe-based, remote)

Your mission as Product Data Analyst is to:

As a Product Data Analyst at Sherpany, you will be responsible for creating valuable ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide product usage and user insights at scale. While being part of the analytics team, you will work closely with product managers, software engineers, UX designers, as well as data science and data engineering. With the support of your quantitative reports and insights, the product development teams will be able to make data-informed decisions about feature adoption, usage patterns, user segments and journeys, and be able to identify blockers and opportunities for product development.
This is a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend.

What we will love about you:
• You have advanced SQL, and R or Python skills, as well as Tableau experience
• Experience analysing and visualising tech product data is a must
• You can work independently with stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, UX and translate their product related questions into data-driven insights with a clear call to action
• You have a strong understanding of business drivers in tech product companies and interest in connecting the dots between data, product usage, and business outcomes. Experience with product-led growth initiatives is a plus.
• You are capable of creating reports and interactive dashboards that digest the data and reduce the scope to the most relevant points, visualize results so they convey clear business conclusions, and allow users to gain further insights in self-service
• You have experience analysing product activation, onboarding, and retention topics, ideally by applying inferential, predictive or Machine Learning models
• You have great interpersonal and communication skills in English
