About the Role As a Senior Product Analyst Manager, you'll be responsible for providing quantitative support, market understanding, and a strategic perspective to our partners across the organization. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to help your colleagues make informed decisions, crafting compelling stories with actionable insights from data. Your recommendations will drive meaningful impact on product development and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform complex analysis using various tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and drive projects that combine analytical and organizational complexity towards clear, sound, and meaningful decisions. Own projects from start to finish, covering issue definition, metrics development, data extraction and manipulation, visualization, production, and execution of analytical/statistical models, and presentation to stakeholders. Address ambiguous or novel problems by utilizing the capabilities of existing systems and collaborating to break down broad problems into actionable work for the team. Oversee the integration of cross-functional/organizational project/process timelines, drive enhancements and recommendations, and define operational goals and objectives. Provide guidance and achieve results through leading/influencing the contributions of others. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A four-year college education in a quantitative field such as Measurements, Math, Information Science, Designing, Physical science, Financial matters, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a team supervisor within a specialized influential position. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: 3 years of work experience using analysis to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL). 3 years of experience as a team director within a specialized influential position. Skills and Competencies To excel as a Senior Product Analyst Manager, you'll need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex projects forward. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software. Leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
