Senior Producer

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join Vimeo’s Production Services team! As a Sr. Producer, you will serve as a key member in the team's efforts in providing comprehensive production services to Enterprise customers. This will involve collaborative engagement with the Sales team to design and implement creative, interactive, and live solutions. In this role, your responsibilities will be two-fold: 1) oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of creative services, and 2) technically produce live content for our Enterprise customers and internal teams. The Vimeo Production Services Team provides virtual and in-person turnkey production services exclusively to our Enterprise customers. We work on a variety of events including town halls, product releases, concerts, fashion shows, conferences, and creative video projects. In working on these engagements, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end technical and/ or creative execution of each assigned production for both external and internal clients. What you’ll do: Manage Creative Services customers throughout the lifecycle of the deal. This includes engaging new prospects, hiring and managing freelance video editors and graphic designers to deliver finished videos/assets based on customer requests, and maintaining quality control on all customer requests before delivery. Lead pre-production/ customer kickoff calls to fully understand their needs, brainstorm on the video experience, and align on best practices for execution. Create and manage a project plan for each customer, adhering to timelines, organizing assets, and meeting stated deliverables. Edit and produce Interactive videos when necessary using Vimeo’s platform. Conduct a project handoff to the customer at the completion of the event including a walkthrough of the product, templates, and directions for future iterations. For live events, oversee end-to-end production of high-profile live broadcasts for public-facing customer events. This includes pre-production planning of each event as well as directing/ TDing during the show. Skills and knowledge you should possess: Must have 6+ years of professional video production experience with proven proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. Live video experience is also desired. Ability to function independently, keep your cool under pressure, and balance multiple competing priorities. Experience representing technical concepts to an audience of varying technical understanding Ability to communicate with all kinds of people clearly and professionally - from CEOs & VPs, to Executive Assistants, to IT managers, and to other production professionals. Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. A valid driver’s license & passport is required. Comfortable with a fluid, fast-paced environment. Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed): Proven experience with Livestream Studio and the Vimeo Platform.
