Senior Principal Analyst - Data Analytics & AI
Description:
Create high-quality, actionable research content in data and analytics, AI, and data science
Serve as an authority on insurance AI and advanced analytics
Stay abreast of research and trends in artificial intelligence and data analytics
Provide actionable advice via virtual and face-to-face interactions
Support business growth by partnering with Gartner's commercial organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
8-10 years experience in insurance industry AI topics or data & analytics related topics
Relative insurance experience with increasing scope and responsibility in property and casualty, life and annuities, wealth management and investment services
Experience with advanced analytics capabilities in various functions like actuarial science, underwriting, claims/billing
Ability to work in a small team setting
Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
Exposure to advanced analytics tools and approaches; experience with AI/ML in forecasting is a bonus
Moderate willingness to travel
