The Senior Policy Advisor will lead and execute policy work focused on government efficiency, modernization, and state capacity within state-level policy campaigns. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, strategic, and proactive professional with experience in government or working directly with government, and a commitment to supporting democracy.
