We build products, services and engineering solutions around forecasting and economic optimization using advanced statistics, machine learning, operations research to improve our forecast accuracy while tackling shifts in customer demand patterns and global Supply Chain disruptions.The team is on a strong growth trajectory and we are looking to hire high-caliber Sr Product Manager - Tech, to launch our suite of products for the US/WW market places.In this role, from Day 1, you will be given ownership of large technical products; the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions; and the ability to drive significant impact on Amazon's fulfillment capacity and build decisions at a global scale. You will interface with a broad spectrum of teams including WW Supply Chain Team, Topline Forecasting, Inventory Prediction & Estimation (IPE), Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Finance and country specific Supply Chain and Execution teams. This role will lead Build Optimization products that supports capacity and topology planning by forecasting fulfillment center (FC) throughput and storage cube required over the next two to five years (aka cube plan) and enabling FC capacity decisions. Specifically, your plans and recommendations answer how much capacity to build, what kind, when, and where to build it - at a country level. You will also lead strategic decision making on allocation of available capacity among business entities: Retail and FBA. Besides developing and operating these products, you will also provide business support to interpret and analyze the outputs as well as successfully engage with the leadership in shaping key decisions.If you enjoy dealing with high ambiguity, complexity and broad scope that will be at the epicenter of this team, come join us!Key job responsibilities
- Define strategy and build the road map for scaling SCOT LTP products for the WW marketplace
- Own requirement gathering, product vision development, launch roadmap, prioritization and post-launch support
- Research, develop, document, and present new strategies to enhance product features tailored to local marketplace needs
- Develop metrics and performance indicators to evaluate overall health of products
- Work with the WW execution teams to develop the new features
- Own local business reviews to understand trends, develop action plans, and impact of decisions driven by our product outputsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
