Senior Performance Testing Specialist
Location: Harrisburg, PA - Local or EST candidates preferred Position Type: Remote with possible travel - expenses covered Contract Length: 6 months Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Testing Specialist with expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad and Tricentis Tosca to support large-scale SAP S/4 HANA projects. This primarily remote role involves designing and executing performance and automation test strategies, analyzing results, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams to ensure system scalability and reliability. Required Skills: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using Tricentis NeoLoad, with proven track record on large-scale ERP or S/4 HANA projects • Strong experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation, including design, execution, and maintenance of automated test cases • Ability to design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies for SAP S/4 HANA and related integrations • Skilled in creating, parameterizing, and validating performance test scripts for web, API, and SAP GUI applications • Proficient in analyzing performance test results, identifying root causes, and recommending optimizations to improve system scalability and reliability • Experienced in integrating NeoLoad and Tosca testing into CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar • Solid understanding of SAP business processes, modules, and performance bottlenecks in S/4 environments • Capable of collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, BASIS, infrastructure, and third-party system teams • Strong troubleshooting skills, able to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely updates and documentation • Excellent communication skills to articulate test findings, participate in project meetings, and drive performance strategy improvements Apply tot his job
