Senior Performance Media Manager

What's the role?We are looking for a Senior Performance Media Manager to drive growth and digital innovation across our State & Communities portfolio. Overseeing 13 iconic brands, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver best-in-class media planning, buying and execution. If you excel at managing multi-platform campaigns and leading talent to achieve measurable results, this is the role for you.This is a full-time max-term contract role for 12 monthsKey responsibilities include:Oversee the activation, management, and delivery of all digital always on programs across a variety of channels including search, social, display, and app.Develop and execute performance marketing tactics and strategies to drive subscriptions and achieve business goals across the portfolio.Work with the Head of Performance Media to craft and bring to life roadmaps in aim of driving channel excellence and best practice. Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively across the entire S&C performance program.Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas of opportunity. Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key results and performance insights.Collaborate with other media functions, such as strategy, operations, and client servicing, to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution.Work with your team to facilitate tactical test & learn initiatives that drive ongoing improvementWho are you?6 + years of experience in performance media buying and campaign delivery (agency experience preferred but not required).A high level of proficiency in the following platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, X, LinkedIn, SA360, CM360This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities who can drive growth through data-informed decisions and innovative marketing tactics.Strong leadership and team management skillsAdaptable, organised, and detail-oriented.Why News Corp AustraliaJoin a culture where innovation is our operating rhythm.
