Responsibilities
• Drive measurable pipeline contribution from paid channels, focusing on opportunity creation and revenue impact.
• Align paid strategy with monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform investment decisions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on media effectiveness.
• Develop ABM-style paid programs to engage target accounts.
Requirements
• 6+ years of B2B paid media or performance marketing experience.
• Proven experience connecting paid media performance to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience in building and scaling ABM-style paid media programs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce campaign structure and attribution.
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
• Experience in managing agencies and setting performance KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with strong forecasting capabilities.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in SaaS is preferred.
