The Performance Marketing team leverages developing and maturing ad technologies to achieve remarkable results within auction-based or otherwise addressable media platforms, ensuring the magical brands of The Walt Disney Studios continue to captivate audiences worldwide. Job Overview and Responsibilities This exciting opportunity falls within the Performance Marketing Strategy & Operations team, where you will work closely with performance marketing activation partners to drive value for The Walt Disney Studios. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies for a select number of theatrical and streaming titles, encompassing operations, optimizations, audiences, pacing, and bids across Disney Entertainment Studio Content Marketing campaigns Building and implementing holistic, omni-platform audience data strategies that incorporate first-party, second-party, and third-party data to inform marketing decisions Designing and implementing auction bid, pacing, and optimization strategies to improve media performance and drive campaign success Monitoring and tracking performance marketing budgets for testing, analytics, measurement, and contingency planning to ensure efficient resource allocation Supervising taxonomies and inputs in ad buying platforms to ensure clean data ingestion and processing, and interpreting, analyzing, and sharing insights and takeaways from titles, data testing, and performance marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing Science and Media Agency Analytics teams Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple internal media and marketing teams, as well as external media agencies, to continuously improve and achieve success across all marketing efforts Maintaining knowledge of media technology, buying platforms, and analytics tools, and staying up-to-date on performance marketing business processes to drive innovation and excellence Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Advertising, or Business At least 5 years of experience in Advertising Media, primarily Digital Media, Media Analytics, or Social/Programmatic Auction Buying Proficiency in ad platforms, including DMPs, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Innovid, LiveRamp, and DSPs (Google DV360, Trade Desk, Verizon Media Group) Knowledge of digital ad serving, tracking, and implementation, as well as proven analytical skills, including significant proficiency in Excel Confirmed written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of the ad technology ecosystem A proven track record of working across multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive marketing innovation and excellence Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, data management platforms, and other marketing technologies Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Blueprint, and a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in performance marketing Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At The Walt Disney Studios, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and growth.
