As a Senior People Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming People data into strategic insights that drive business impact. Your expertise in analytics, forecasting, and visualization will enable our leadership team to make informed decisions about workforce planning, staff costs, and people strategies. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, ensure data quality, and empower the People team with self-service analytics capabilities—helping us shape an even stronger, more data-savvy organization.Your responsibilities:Develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards that support decision-making and continuous improvements, delivering regular and ad-hoc reports with actionable insights.Drive workforce planning and staff cost forecasting in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accurate and reliable budget projections.Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify reporting and analytics needs, conducting in-depth analyses to define and document actionable requirements.Work closely with the leadership team and People Business Partners to assess and develop workforce diagnostics, helping to align people strategies and decision-making with business goals.Identify and address inconsistencies in people data by working with cross-functional teams, improving data quality, reliability and usability.Present insights using impactful data visualizations, turning complex data into compelling narratives that drive action.Develop documentation and training materials to empower People team stakeholders to independently generate reports and dashboards, reducing dependency on centralized analytics support.Your profile:4+ years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Google Sheets, App Scripts, and other analytical tools.Hands-on experience (3+ years) in dashboard and data visualization development, using tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and other BI tools as well as data modelling and dbt knowledge.Demonstrated experience in building forecasting models for workforce planning and staff cost projections.4+ years of experience in creating reports and executive summaries for HR and business leadership, driving strategic impact.Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate data into business insights.Experience in working with executives and addressing senior leaders’ needs in a clear, concise, and actionable way.Deep understanding of people analytics and metrics, with at least 4 years of experience leveraging data to drive business impact.Proven track record in improving data quality through monitoring, quality control measures, and reporting.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Why Taxfix?
