Senior Partnership Manager, Embedded Channels
We're seeking a senior partnership manager for embedded channels to oversee and grow our portfolio of distribution partnerships. This role involves managing existing relationships and onboarding new partners across various industries, including property management firms, fintech platforms, retail ecosystems, and employer benefit providers.In this role you’llManage and own a number of key strategic partnerships, driving new growth opportunities to promote mutual success and alignmentCollaborate with the Biz Development team to transition newly signed partners into productive relationshipsIdentify opportunities to deepen partnerships, co-develop initiatives, and drive customer acquisition through joint effortsWork closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiativesEstablish KPIs, monitor partner performance, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholdersGather feedback, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness and efficiencyWhat you’ll need3+ years experience in partnership management, account management, or related roles, preferably within tech, fintech, or InsurTech sectorsBA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldProven ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with diverse partnersAbility to develop and execute strategies that drive mutual growth and valueProficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions and optimize partnership performanceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving prioritiesAbility to work in our NYC office 3 days per week Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture*Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visasLemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000 - $128,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
