Senior Paid Media Strategist (Remote) About the roleIn this role, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of 4-7 B2B SaaS clients through ongoing relationship nurturing and strategic hands-on management of Paid Media platforms (including but not limited to Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Meta Ads).The Senior Paid Media Strategist will report to the Director of Paid Media to achieve the company's long-term goals by consistently delivering WOW results for our clients.About Powered by SearchWe are a global team of fully distributed and remote-first consultants globally in 8+ countries across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.Our mission is to make B2B SaaS companies unstoppable. We do this using a proven methodology that we ruthlessly execute to deliver client results.We have a talented and diverse team that live by our core values:Always be in it to win it.Give a shit.Be obsessed with serving others.Practice a growth mindset.When we fail, don’t lose the lesson.Responsibilities:Own the strategy development, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of 4-7 clientsManage forecasts and budgets for your portfolio in alignment with quarterly and annual targetsAnalyze and translate complex data into persuasive narratives and reports tailored for decision-makers and C-level executivesEstablish relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, consulting on campaign strategy that aligns with the clients' KPIs and targets Conduct onboarding for new clients ensuring a seamless transition from sales to marketingThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years of hands-on experience running paid media campaignsAbility to clearly communicate results and how we got there through written reports and live meetings with the clientsExperience marketing B2B brands, preferably in the SaaS spaceSuccessful track record of achieving or exceeding MQLs, SQL, and pipeline targetsStrong analytical focus, with experience in tracking marketing campaigns and pulling actionable insights from dataAbility to effectively communicate through written and verbal mediumsExperience with employing tactics across paid advertising, social, content marketing, and email marketing is a plusDemonstrated ability to analyze data, apply critical thinking, and clearly articulate how it addresses the client’s business objectives.Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and ABM platforms (6Sense, DemandBase, etc.) is a plus.Perks & Benefits:This role is fully remote 5 weeks of paid time off We offer competitive compensation plus quarterly bonuses Flexible working hours (requires 4 overlap hours with 9 am-5 pm EST)Paid training (school, events, conferences)*For full-time Canadian residents only - comprehensive health, dental, and eye careWe really care about our team.
