Job Summary::
Diné Development Corporation (DDC) – Source is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Apps DBA to support a mission-critical U.S. Air Force program modernizing enterprise maintenance and logistics systems. This role supports the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Initiative (MROi) and focuses on managing large-scale Oracle EBS R12.2 environments across on-premise infrastructure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Exadata Cloud Services, and Cloud One. You will work closely with government stakeholders, system integrators, and engineering teams to ensure secure, high-performance Oracle ERP systems supporting Air Force operations worldwide. This position is ideal for cleared professionals who want to work on high-impact national defense systems while leveraging modern Oracle cloud technologies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: :
What You’ll DoOracle EBS AdministrationInstall, configure, clone, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 environmentsManage ADOP patching cycles, upgrades, and system maintenancePerform environment provisioning and cloning across development, test, training, and productionAdminister user provisioning, roles, and responsibilitiesSupport application monitoring, troubleshooting, and system optimizationDatabase AdministrationManage Oracle Database 12c / 19c environmentsImplement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategiesSupport Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and Data Guard architecturesMonitor database performance and perform tuning as neededCloud & Infrastructure IntegrationSupport Oracle ERP deployments across:Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Cloud OneExadata Cloud ServicesDISA environmentsAssist with cloud migration, hybrid architecture integration, and infrastructure automationEnsure systems meet DoD security requirements and STIG compliancePerformance & OptimizationAnalyze query execution plans and optimize database performanceIdentify application performance bottlenecksConduct performance testing and system benchmarkingSupport capacity planning and load balancingCollaboration & Engineering SupportWork closely with the MROi Integrated Program Office (IPO) and system implementersProvide technical expertise on architecture and scalability decisionsInterface with Oracle Support and other stakeholders to resolve issuesMentor junior DBAs and contribute to operational best practicesThis Position is Contingent Upon Award
