Job Overview The Senior Operations and Relationship Manager will play a critical role in the Wharton School's Learning Lab, which is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of custom learning tools and simulations. This position will report to the Senior Director of Learning Innovation and Collaboration and will be responsible for simulation usage and support, relationship management, and exploring commercial opportunities with partners within Wharton as well as other organizations outside the school. Key Responsibilities Provide consultation regarding simulation usage, ensuring the technical needs of a simulation match the delivery method provided by the program. Solve complex technical problems involving multiple stakeholders within high-visibility and strategically important programs. Manage a remote technical resource to ensure simulations are set up to program expectations. Interact and manage clients both within the school and external users of Learning Lab simulations. Work within Wharton to manage simulation usage in non-degree granting programs, including the Global Youth Program, Wharton Academy, and Executive Education. Develop materials to support facilitation of Wharton simulations by external users, including writing setup documentation, assisting with the creation of teaching notes, and creating video walkthroughs as needed. Work with external partners to solve technical issues and prepare new simulations for sale on their marketplaces. Provide on-campus support for the entire portfolio of Learning Lab simulations as needed. Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: 4-7 years of IT experience, preferably in Higher Education. Experience in a customer support role, with a strong focus on managing vendors and 3rd party relationships. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Knowledge of learning management systems, simulation software, and other educational technologies. Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. A strong understanding of the education sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
