We're proud to be a progressive and open-minded university, delivering the highest student satisfaction in Victoria and consistently ranked in the top 1% of the world's universities.As a Senior Officer, School Executive Support you will:Manage administrative processes in the Head of School’s office to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner consistent with university policy and procedures.Manage and prioritise the Head of School’s diary (duties, functions, commitments, and internal and external activities), input into reports and information on behalf of the Head of School for School based communicationsProvide high-level secretariat support to School committees including School Executive Group.Regularly review incoming communications and provide expert advice, feedback or referral as required and with regards to university policies and proceduresTo be successful, you’ll have: A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; orExtensive experience and specialist knowledge in administrative fields; orAn equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Experience in administration, executive services and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures.Here's how to apply: Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience.For a confidential discussion regarding this role, please contact Jo Collins, School Manager, Faculty Services Education on [email protected].
