Senior New Business Producer

In this role, you will…Drive healthcare professional liability insurance sales production by prospecting over the phone and via e-mail in direct correlation with strategic marketing campaigns.Make outbound business to business calls to viable leads, documenting results in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and spreadsheets as directed.Qualify new business leads by verifying account demographics, membership affiliations, and contact information.Meet annual new business targets and hit ratios.Travel to tradeshows to represent MedPro when necessary (less than 5% of the time).Perform other duties as assigned.We are looking for candidates with…BA/BS degree or equivalent professional credentials.Minimum of 3 years of medical malpractice insurance sales experience.Aggressive self-starter mentality with excellent communication, organization, management and sales/negotiation skills.Exceptional sales skills via phone and written communications.Strong analytical, decision making skills.Positive and resilient personality to handle rejection well, while staying motivated and motivating the team to win business.Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Excellent listening, interpersonal/teamwork and relationship management skills.An active P&C license (preferred).Why MedPro? Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
