Your Mission
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of internal system and the rest of the team to maintain, administer, and enhance the NetSuite platform, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets the needs of our users across the organisation. You will manage daily system operations, configure user roles, maintain data integrity, and support the implementation of system updates. Your efforts will directly contribute to optimising how boxxe operates, so we’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in a similar role who is eager to make an impact.

As a central member of boxxe’s Internal Systems team, you’ll play a vital role in the continued evolution of our digital systems. NetSuite is one of our core platforms, and your work will help us provide an outstanding digital experience to our customers and fellow boxxers, ensuring the system remains robust, user-friendly, and aligned with our business needs.
What you’ll be doing


Manage and continuously improve the internal ERP (NetSuite) system.
Analyse user requirements for system enhancements, ensuring clear communication and thorough understanding.
Develop and implement solutions using NetSuite tools, SuiteScript (JavaScript), and HTML, following SDLC and Waterfall methodologies.
Test solutions rigorously to ensure functionality and reliability.
Integrate systems using APIs and platforms like Azure, ServiceNow, and Adobe Commerce Cloud.
Identify and implement opportunities for process and system improvements.
Apply and promote best practices for NetSuite SuiteScript development.
Support the organisation's scaling needs through logical and analytical problem-solving.
Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.


What experience we think you’ll need


Provide theoretical and practical expertise in application administration.
Administer and maintain software applications across multiple systems.
Use workflow engines and JavaScript effectively (experience in these is advantageous).
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and liaise with third-party providers for resolution.
Participate in implementation projects with strong knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.0, and Workflows.
Stay up-to-date with current IT practices, standards, and protocols.
Familiarity with PHP, cXML, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and MySQL is desirable
