This role will be pivotal in optimizing our ERP processes, managing user access, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing system updates. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve NetSuite workflows.This role pays an annual salary of $100,000-$125,000 and is bonus eligible.Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).This position will remain open until August 22, 2025.ResponsibilitiesSystem AdministrationManage and configure the NetSuite system, including roles, permissions, page layouts, custom records, workflows, reports, and dashboards.Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and ensure compliance with best practices.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and optimize workflows for efficiency.User Support and TrainingServe as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing queries and resolving system-related issues.Develop training materials and conduct regular training sessions to enhance user adoption and system understanding.Assist in onboarding new users and provide ongoing guidance for existing users on system functionality.Data Integrity and SecurityOversee data management, ensure data accuracy, and enforce data entry standards.Implement and monitor security policies to ensure data integrity and access controls.Perform regular audits to ensure system integrity and compliance with company policies.Process Optimization and CustomizationWork with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to support business requirements.Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and configurations to automate processes and enhance functionality.Collaborate with the IT and Finance teams to ensure seamless integrations with other business systems.Reporting and AnalysisCreate, customize, and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support business analytics.Provide data insights and reporting to management to aid decision-making and support business operations.Project ManagementLead NetSuite-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and module implementations.Liaise with third-party vendors or consultants when necessary to support project execution and issue resolution.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite ERP, preferably in a similar industry.Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is strongly preferred.SkillsStrong understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, and business operations.Proficient in NetSuite customization, reporting, and workflow automation.Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues independently.Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Preferred CertificationsNetSuite Administrator CertificationAdditional certifications in NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation are a plus.Strengthened by our Differences.
