As a key member of the Business Systems Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and ongoing support of NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of our organization, with a particular focus on compliance and reporting requirements. What you'll do: Lead the configuration and customization of NetSuite to align with business requirements.Implement best practices for optimizing system performance and efficiency.Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or system issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.Manage and enhance integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications.Work closely with developers to implement custom scripts or workflows when necessary.Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and efficient manner.Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Develop and execute compliance reporting mechanisms to meet regulatory requirements.Develop and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Collaborate with users to understand reporting requirements and deliver solution What you'll bring: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities.Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.Experience with SuiteScript or other scripting languages is a plus.Familiarity with compliance regulations and reporting requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
