Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior .NET Lead Architect for a remote role. This position involves designing and architecting scalable .NET applications, leading development teams, and ensuring adherence to best coding practices and architectural standards. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, oversee deployment processes, and provide mentorship to junior developers. The role demands proactive problem-solving, technical leadership, and ensuring project delivery milestones are met effectively.

Qualifications
• Expertise in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#
• Proficiency in software architecture, system design, and building scalable enterprise applications
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
• Strong knowledge of database design and proficiency in SQL Server and Entity Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including deployment strategies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Lead Architect or in a similar role is highly desirable
