Senior .NET Consultant

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior .NET Consultant to join a long-term consulting engagement supporting multiple clients in a fully remote capacity (GC or USC only at this time) no sponsorship This role is ideal for someone with a true consulting mindset—someone who can move fluidly between projects, communicate complex technical challenges in clear, client-friendly language, and focus on solving the business problem, not just the technical one. You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders, often non-technical, so strong consultative communication skills are essential. Prior professional consulting experience (Big 4 or similar) is highly preferred. What You’ll Be Doing • Engage with multiple clients and projects, sometimes switching priorities day-to-day • * Translate technical challenges into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders • * Work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams • * Design and implement solutions that abstract tools and technologies in favor of business outcomes What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of .NET development experience • * 5+ years of cloud development experience • * 10+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, including: • * T-SQL • * Stored procedures • * Triggers • * Database schema design and best practices • Some experience with Power BI • * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, reassuring terms • * Proven ability to solve problems creatively and think beyond specific tools or platforms Why This Role? • Long-term consulting engagement • * 100% remote • * Work that values communication, judgment, and client impact—not just code If you’re a senior technologist who enjoys client-facing work and takes pride in making complex problems feel manageable, we’d love to connect.
