The Job: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior .NET C# Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft technology stack. You will work closely with experienced developers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise systems that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain internal and external-facing web applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, and related technologies
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Design, implement, and optimize relational database schemas and T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Develop RESTful web services and integrate APIs as needed
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources and file types
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Apply object-oriented design and scalable application principles
• Utilize version control and DevOps tools, including Git and Azure DevOps
• Explore and leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance workflows and solutions

What You Need to Land This Role

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of development experience within the .NET framework
• 5+ years building custom, data-driven web applications using T-SQL, C#, and .NET / .NET Core
• 3+ years of Microsoft Azure development experience, including Azure Logic Apps
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services
• Client-side scripting experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and Angular
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Blazor, Telerik, Kendo, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5
• Ability to write clean, readable, and reusable code
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and relational database design
• Experience designing scalable database schemas and supporting business processes
• Familiarity with version control and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a continuous learning mindset

Preferred / Nice to Have
• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI) for development, problem-solving, documentation, or data analysis
• Familiarity with integrating AI-based APIs or services
• Interest in applying AI to improve developer productivity, automation, or business intelligence insights
• Cold Storage Warehousing and/or Transportation experience
• Experience with McLeod TMS and/or Datex FootPrint WMS
