Senior n8n Automation Engineer – AI Video & UGC Pipeline (Claude, Gemini, Veo, Sora) - Contract to Hire
We are looking for an experienced n8n automation engineer to build a production-ready AI workflow that generates UGC-style video assets from a single product photo. The system will orchestrate multiple AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo 3, Sora) to automatically: • analyze research documents • generate audience segments • create realistic avatars • break down scripts into production instructions • generate B-roll and A-roll videos • organize all outputs cleanly in Google Drive This is not a simple Zapier-style automation. You should be comfortable with async AI APIs, file handling, retries, and structured workflows. ⸻ What You’ll Build (High Level) • n8n workflow triggered by a webhook or form • Claude reads research documents and outputs top 3 audience segments • Nano Banana generates 10 avatars per segment • Gemini selects the top 3 most realistic avatars • Scripts are broken down into A-roll / B-roll production instructions • Veo 3 generates B-roll videos • Sora generates A-roll videos (when required) • All outputs are automatically organized in Google Drive by: • Campaign • Segment • Avatars • Scripts • Video outputs • Includes retries, logging, and notifications (Slack or email) There is one intentional manual step: script review/approval before video generation. ⸻ Required Skills & Experience • Advanced n8n experience • Webhooks, loops, approvals, async flows • Error handling, retries, job tracking • AI API integrations • Claude (projects & document context) • Gemini (analysis, scoring, breakdowns) • AI image/video generation APIs (Veo, Sora, or similar) • Media & file pipelines • Handling image/video binaries • Uploading large files reliably • Organizing outputs programmatically • Google Drive API • Folder creation • Structured uploads • Permissions & sharing • Prompt engineering • Structured, deterministic prompts • Scene-by-scene outputs usable by video models • Clear communication & documentation • Explain design decisions • Document how to run and modify the workflow ⸻ Nice to Have (Bonus) • Experience with UGC or e-commerce creative workflows • Prior AI video generation projects • FFmpeg or video stitching experience • Understanding of marketing segmentation ⸻ Deliverables • Fully working n8n workflow (client-owned) • Google Drive structure exactly as specified • Error handling + retry logic • Notifications on success/failure • Clear documentation for future edits • Deployment support & testing Apply tot his job
