Accountabilities • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability. • Collaborate with product and design teams to architect innovative features that align with user needs and business objectives. • Research, experiment, and integrate generative AI technologies to enhance mobile app functionality and user engagement. • Mentor and provide guidance to mobile engineers, promoting best practices in development and AI integration. • Participate in technical architecture decisions, code reviews, and establish standards for scalable and maintainable solutions. • Stay current with mobile development trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities and potential risks. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of professional mobile development experience with strong proficiency in both iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin). • Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile applications to production. • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, performance optimization, and platform-specific guidelines. • Experience leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate mobile development. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Self-motivated and effective in a remote-first, collaborative environment. • Preferred: Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms, cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform), backend development, APIs, cloud services, A/B testing, and app deployment processes.
