Our Client We explore how advanced technologies can be leveraged to build digital tools, systems, platforms, and products that change how people & companies capture & create new value – together Job Summary As a Senior React Native Developer, you will participate in the modernization of a legacy mobile application within an aggressive 10-week MVP timeline. The current team includes skilled full-stack developers but lacks dedicated mobile expertise, which has resulted in technical challenges and delivery delays. Your primary responsibility will be to bring mobile-specific best practices, improve code quality, reduce technical debt, and guide the team toward a stable, high-quality release before the end of the year. Your impact will be critical to the project's success and may lead to an extended engagement based on performance and outcomes. From August to mid-October/2025. Responsibilities Spearhead the development of a new mobile app using Expo (React Native) and Nest.js, ensuring feature parity with the legacy system while resolving technical debt. Optimize integrations with Azure (Container Apps, Blob Storage, Redis, Key Vault, Virtual Networks), leading production deployments. Troubleshoot critical compatibility issues and performance bottlenecks, implementing mobile-first solutions. Guide the team on monorepo management (Nx) and modern UI development (Tamagui or similar). Collaborate with architects to align technical approaches with mobile best practices. Collaborate with developers through knowledge transfer on tooling, workflows, and debugging strategies. Qualifications and Job Requirements Expert in Expo and React Native development. Expert in Nest.js for backend integration. Expert in Azure services (Container Apps, Blob Storage, Redis, Key Vault, Virtual Networks), including production deployments.
