About The Role Pharmaron is currently looking to recruit a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services within a dynamic organizational ITIL / ISO environment. This position requires a high level of expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Intune management, to ensure the seamless operation of Microsoft 365 services. The Senior Administrator leads initiatives such as migrations, updates, and optimizations, leveraging advanced skills in PowerShell scripting and best practices. Serving as a key resource for the organization, this role develops and documents processes and procedures, acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex escalations and troubleshooting and provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members. The Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator collaborates cross-functionally to align Microsoft 365 initiatives with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.
